How it Works

Whether you’re planning a karaoke night at a local venue or for your own private party, wedding, family reunion or other occasion, here’s everything you need to know to host an epic event.

How to choose the right setup

It’s important to think about the size of your venue and audience. Will your event be held indoors or outdoors? Will rain and other environmental elements be a factor? Do you want to offer the option for more than 2 people to be able to sing at the same time? From there we can help you create a package that’s going to provide the best audio and visual experience for your audience.

Things to know the day of the event

It’s show time! Here are some things to keep in mind to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event and that your guests have an amazing time.

  • Wifi - Wifi access is necessary at your home or event venue for access to our library of over 35,000 songs.

  • Access to Power - We’ll need access to a power source for all of our equipment. In some instance, we may be able to provide a power generator. That aside, we have all the extension chords, cables, etc. to get everything setup.

  • Timing and Setup - A member from our team will deliver everything on the day of the event, and it takes about an hour to get everything set up.

    We like to arrive about 2 hours before the event starts so we have plenty of time to get everything setup and do a sound check before your guests arrive. During this time, we can also review how to work the equipment with your DJ or whoever will be hosting the event.

  • Running the Event - Most clients like to operate the equipment themselves or hire a karaoke DJ . So, typically, after we setup, we let you, your DJ or MC take the reigns and act as host for the event. For large corporate events, we can have a technician stay on site to help operate the equipment.

  • After the Event - After your event ends, we’ll be there to pack up and remove all our equipment from the venue. We can coordinate our arrival and departure plan according to your event timeline.

  • It depends. Typically, we deliver all the equipment - karaoke monitors, sound system, lighting, microphones, and speakers. From there, most clients like to find their own DJ and/or host for the event.

    If you need us to find someone, we can do that for an additional fee. For large corporate events, we can also have a technician stay on site to help run the event.

  • Our karaoke rental packages start at about $250. All reservations require a 100% refundable security deposit.

    When it comes to amplifier speakers, your mixing board equalizer, and overall sound system, we have an assortment of equipment options to choose from.
