Small Outdoor Package

A bit more of a pro option. Comes with two stereo balanced speakers, BluRay/DVD, more powerful projector, and the option to plug in a laptop; the HD package has it all. Perfect for birthdays, screenings, and groups up to 50 viewers.

Our biggest outdoor movie package we offer at this time, the Premium Outdoor Movie Package is the ultimate viewing experience. For group sizes of 150-500 people our 20 x 11ft screens are perfect for the ultimate show. Don’t forget to ask about a generator.

What are lumens and why do they matter for my outdoor event?

Projector lumens measure the total amount of visible light a projector emits, indicating how bright the projected image will appear. Higher lumen ratings are better for well-lit environments or larger screens, while lower lumens suffice for dark rooms and smaller displays.

Daytime event? We’ve got you.

While projectors can work during the day with the proper lumen brightness, in bright sunlight they are often less-than-ideal.

That’s why we also offer large TV screens that can be used during the bright of day, up to 100”+ in diameter.

  • Our professional team will deliver everything on the day of the event. Show us where to set up, and we’ll do the rest. We can also provide a power generator for an additional fee.

  • Depending on the size of the screen for the event, It takes about 1-3 hours to set up the projector screen along with the audio and visual equipment.

    After the event ends, we’ll be there to break everything down. The only thing you need to worry about is how much butter you want on your popcorn.

  • AV Wilko is a premiere provider for inflatable movie screen rental and delivery service in Nashville. Our outdoor inflatable screen options can accommodate audiences up to 2,000 people. We offer different Small to Premiere package options for events of all sizes:

    • Small Package(s): Up to 20 seated, 40 standing

    • Medium Package: Up to 100 seated, 300 standing

    • Large Package: Up to 300 seated, 500 standing

    • Premium Package: Up to 1,000 seated, 2,000 standing

  • Unfortunately, projector screens cannot get wet. Ask about our rescheduling policy. If there's rain, we can make your outdoor movie night work. It can be under a tent or other structure, or even inside a barn.
